Strategies for Effective Parenting CD with Allison Rees (LIFE Seminars) & Paul Abra (Island Parent). This CD was created to take some of the guesswork out of parenting. Allison and Paul focus on 'The Framework of Limits' and discuss practical tips to be a more effective parent.

In the six separate segments that allow parents to work through the various concepts at their own pace:

1. 'Framework of Limits'
Safety, Responsibility, Respect and Values.

2. 'The Four Levels of Responsibility':
Parents can consciously teach children to take on responsibility as they mature.

3. 'Safety':
How do parents teach and reinforce safety limits?

4. 'Responsibility':
How can parents avoid power struggles when it comes to household chores and other areas of responsibility?

How do parents teach their child to respect and care for others?
